Classic pendant luminaire Semi – timeless light source in harmonious design The design of the pendant lamp Semi was created by the Danish designers Claus Bonderup and Torsten Thorup. They created a light source that is characterised by its classic shape and a very atmospheric lighting effect, which makes Semi ideal for general room lighting and especially for use above a table. The harmonious design in concave, upwardly tapering form can be harmonized with many furnishing variants. The two designers Claus Bonderup and Torsten Thorup have been cooperating since their graduation from the Danish School of Architecture in 1969. They first joined the office of the architect Henning Larsen. Since then, Bonderup and Thorup have designed clocks and business interiors for Georg Jensen, the Arcticum Museum (Finland), among others, and were responsible for the port facilities in Elsinore from urban planning to the ferry terminal. – high quality product of the Danish manufacturer Gubi
